5. Minors
The Site is intended for professionals and organizations. We do not intentionally collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
6. Transfer of data
GenomIT does not sell or rent personal data. We only share it with:
- Service providers that assist us in the operation of the Site (hosting, email, analytics, CRM), who act on our behalf, are subject to confidentiality obligations, and process data solely for the specified purposes (Art. 25 of Law 25.326).
- Judicial or administrative authorities, when required by law or by a competent order.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may host data on servers located outside of Argentina. In such cases, the transfer is made to countries that provide an adequate level of protection or that offer the safeguards set forth in Article 12 of Law 25.326 and in the regulations of the Public Information Access Agency (standard contractual clauses). By providing us with your data, you consent to these transfers.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, or unauthorized access or processing (Art. 9 of Law 25.326), including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and confidentiality agreements with staff. No system is entirely infallible; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Conservation
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently for the periods required by legal obligations or for the defense of legal rights. Once these periods have elapsed, the data is either deleted or anonymized.
10. Your rights
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold. We will respond within 10 calendar days of receiving your request (Art. 14 of Law 25.326).
- Rectification, updating, and deletion: to correct inaccurate data or request its deletion. We will respond within 5 business days (Art. 16).

- To exercise these rights, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Personal Data,” including your name and a copy of your identification document to verify your identity.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest can be demonstrated, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3, of Law No. 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), acting as the regulatory authority for Law No. 25.326, is empowered to address complaints and claims filed by individuals whose rights have been affected due to non-compliance with current personal data protection regulations.
11. Changes to this Policy

This Policy explains which cookies are used by the Site, operated by GENOMIT S.A. under its GenomIT Healthtech brand business unit—and how you can manage them. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your browser or device when you visit it. They allow the site to function correctly, remember your preferences, and help us understand how it is used. The term “cookies” also encompasses similar technologies, such as pixels or local storage.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: These enable basic navigation, ensure the security of the Site, and store your cookie preferences. They do not require consent, as the Site cannot function without them.

- Functionality: These remember choices you have made, such as your preferred language. They are only activated if you accept them.
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies for the purpose of behavioral advertising.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party providers, such as Google Analytics. These third parties may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we recommend you review. The data collected may be stored on servers outside of Argentina, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. How to manage cookies
When you first visit the Site, a notice allows you to accept, reject, or configure non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Configure cookies” link in the Site footer.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, among others). If you block essential cookies, some features of the Site may not function correctly.
