In addition to coordinating the export of biological samples, genomIT now manages and executes the innovative Family Tree program for Sanofi, using custom-built software developed specifically for this purpose, as well as the Control Tower service.
The Family Tree system facilitates the identification of relatives potentially affected by genetic conditions following the diagnosis of an index patient—while ensuring patient confidentiality and autonomy at all times.
The Control Tower service involves direct interaction with physicians ordering the tests, ensuring precise follow-up and comprehensive management of samples and data. These tools further strengthen genomIT and Sanofi’s commitment to supporting patients with Rare Diseases.
